The Apollo 10 was on world tour in 1970 and my parrents took me to the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen to see the landing module from the command service module “Charlie Brown”. This was the last test voyage prior to the moon landing. The lunar orbitter Snoopy decended to a height of 15,4 kilometers from the lunar surface before reconecting with the service command module. The crew of Apollo 10 was: Thomas P Stafford, Eugene Cernan and John Young. Young and Cernan later came to walk on the moon. They were the last men to set foot on the moon with the Apollo 17 mission.
